Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and understand the nature of handmade jewelry.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, including packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to process after approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or customized jewelry (including size adjustments or stone selection)
  • Made-to-order items

Handmade Variations:
Each piece is individually finished by hand. Slight variations in texture, stone placement, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a piece may need to be swapped for a different size or style.

One exchange per order is allowed for ready-to-ship items:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

After one exchange per order, no further exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Custom & Customized Items:

  • All custom orders and customized pieces are final sale.
  • If you are interested in a similar design in a different size or with a different stone, this will be treated as a separate custom order.
