Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies made available on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately.

Because screens, lighting, photography, and device settings vary, colors, finishes, gemstones, scale, and other visual details may appear somewhat different in person.

Many oolinn pieces are produced individually. Subtle variations in texture, surface, finish, gemstones, or other details may occur from piece to piece. These variations are part of the individual character of the jewelry and are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions, materials, specifications, prices, availability, and designs may be updated or discontinued without notice.

3. Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order Pieces

Some pieces and ring sizes are ready to ship, while others are made to order.

The applicable availability and estimated production time are shown on the individual product page before purchase.

Where a design is offered in both ready-to-ship and made-to-order sizes, the estimated fulfillment time may change according to the selected size.

Made-to-order production times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to complete your piece within the stated timeframe and will contact you if a significant delay occurs.

4. Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, or an inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production has begun on a made-to-order, resized, customized, or personalized piece, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Promotions

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when the order is placed.

Discount codes, event offers, and other promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, exclusions, and restrictions on combining discounts.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment-card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, production, shipping rates, tracking, and estimated carrier transit times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Ready-to-ship and made-to-order production times are separate from carrier transit times.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and final-sale conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.

Certain made-to-order, customized, personalized, or resized pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Jewelry Care and Wear

Jewelry naturally develops signs of wear over time.

Metals may scratch, polish may soften, sterling silver may tarnish, and finishes may evolve through normal use.

Customers are responsible for following reasonable care instructions and for avoiding activities or conditions that may expose jewelry to unnecessary impact, pressure, chemicals, or other potentially damaging conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the original content of this website, including photographs, jewelry imagery, text, graphics, logos, videos, product designs, and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to oolinn and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or use our original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any oolinn intellectual property to you.
