We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped using USPS from San Francisco, California.

Processing Time

All jewelry currently available on the website is ready to ship.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Custom or customized pieces are made to order and require 6–8 weeks of production time.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $250
  • $8 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders under $250

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method & Tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, oolinn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package experiences a delay, please reach out and we will gladly assist in tracking your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, oolinn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting USPS directly for further assistance

We are happy to help provide tracking information or support with carrier inquiries where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be replaced or refunded.
